[ ABOUT US ]
David’s goal is to add value to every project, every client, and every relationship.
When he graduated from the University of Minnesota, he used his finance degree like many young entrepreneurs… he did nothing related to finance and rehabbed houses.
Eventually, he saw a way to mingle his passion for the construction field with the need for common-sense financing of rehab and new construction projects.
David brings an open mind to each project but will ask questions and make suggestions to validate you are making the best decisions to reach your goals while making sure the financing you have will help you get there.
When not in the office David enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children or hunting and fishing with family.
Pet is the office black lab, Blue.
David is a valuable part of the Renovo team with insight into the construction and property preservation with the ability to foresee both the final project and the obstacles that will need to be overcome.
Starting his own company over ten years ago, Dave has experience in finish carpentry, property rehabs, locksmithing, and property inspections.
Dave’s goal is for our clients to get out of a project what is being put in and will share his honest feedback to make your project more successful.
Pets are German Shepherds named Onyx and Ellie.
Jami loves stories, your business story, the story of the property, the story of the project. Big and small stories and her goal is to help your projects end with a happily ever after.
Leaving 20 years of title and closing in 2016, Jami came to Renovo. During that time, she upgraded processes in every area to create a better experience for our clients, including improving draw times to get funds to clients as quickly as possible.
Outside of the office, Jami reads (one must, after all, make use of one’s English literature major) and runs – runs her daughters to their activities, runs after the dogs, and runs on semi-quiet county roads.
Pet is Winston George, a lab-something that she calls her perpetual toddler
When you’ve got a problem, Hadley will do anything to find the solution. With close to a decade of sales experience in New York City, Hadley brings the determination along with the always-on work ethic to help you with your project.
Besides making your life easier, Hadley is a born and raised Minnesotan, and like many other natives, enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife JJ.
Pet is a mini-Goldendoodle, Roxy.
Hattie has an extensive background in the hospitality industry where time was of the essence and no detail could be missed. These skills provide her Renovo clients an efficient, top-notch, and customer-focused experience day in and day out.
Outside of the office, Hattie enjoys improving her golf game, working on home projects, and exploring new restaurants in town. While a pet sounds like a fun addition to the family, two kids and a husband are enough for her to take care of.
Conor joins us from the corporate finance world, spending several years as a financial analyst in the medical device industry before transitioning into real estate. He merges his knowledge of finance with his experience in real estate to help value and determine the financial feasibility of your project.
Real estate piqued his interest during college, and he purchased his first multi-family investment property (fancy way of saying cheap duplex) when he was 22. Ever since, he has continued to scour the market, learning along the way.
Outside of work, Conor enjoys attempting new home-improvement projects, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family.
Pet is a Golden Retriever named Murphy.
